Shipping Policy

  • Purolator ships orders without requiring a signature.
  • The delivery person will still leave the package even if you are not home.

Returns/Refund Policy

Please call our clinic at the number provided at the top of the web store page to return or exchange a product. Details on what can be returned and how to manage the return will be sent to you. Please be aware that there might be a restocking fee.

The following information must be given when returning or exchanging a product:

  • The name and quantity of the product(s) being returned/credited.
  • Reason for the return.
  • The purchase date and order number.

If you have the packing list that came with the item, kindly provide it so we can quickly find the order.
